Shipping costs

For shipment costs or free shipping to your country see the tabel below. The shipping costs are for the packing costs and shipment costs of the product. Any import duties are for your own account and will have to be paid separately in the country of destination.

Pick up at a PostNL point

You can of course also pick up your order at a PostNL parcel point (without extra costs). You can choose this at checkout. Based on the zip code you will see the nearest PostNL point. The package can usually be picked up 1 day after ordering from 4 p.m. at the PostNL point. Think of your ID. Please note: the package will remain at the location for 1 week, after which it will be returned to us. We will charge you €5.95 for this.

Pick-up

If you have chosen "Pick up" when placing the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. With this email you can pick up your order during store opening hours (click here for the current opening hours) at the address below.

You can also choose your own pick-up time by clicking here.

If you have opted for payment upon pick-up, you can pay with your bank card, we have a PIN payment machine. (An order that has not yet been paid will remain specially reserved for a maximum of 7 working days, if the order has not been collected within that time, the reservation will be canceled.)

You can park for free our showroom/pick-up location.

Trade

Of course it is possible to trade your product! All you have to do is send back the product you want to trade and create a new order for the product you want to receive. Within a few days you will receive the new product.
