Sustainability, that is what it is all about at PlanToys, it is not only about the sustainable raw materials from which the beautiful toys are made, but also the production process and the way of thinking that people have.

Durable material

The rubber used is 100% natural and completely harmless to children. The wood that is used comes from rubber trees that no longer produce rubber. The dyes and glues used to make the final toys are completely eco. So no chemical additives. PlanToys has even made its own raw material: PlanWood. Planwood is a material that consists of residual waste that arises during sawing. That is efficient handling of the material!

Sustainable production

To make the raw material Planwood, biogas is used, but no trees are cut down for this, no, it is generated by the remains of the wood that remains during the production of the toys. Even the food waste from the company canteen is used for the biomass.

Sustainable thinking

If you've been making toys in a sustainable way for decades, that will become part of your way of thinking. PlanToys consciously selects its materials and they are continuously working to make it even "greener".
